Tangy Spinach and Strawberry Salad

Description

This sweet and tangy salad uses fresh strawberries, spinach, lettuce, feta cheese and a tangy poppy seed vinaigrette dressing.

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the spinach and lettuce blend, sliced strawberries, feta cheese, onion and pecans or cranberries. 

  2. Mix dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and whisk together until sugar is dissolved. 

  3. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and mix together.
